Pack the Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels remain attached.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel.
Quality Check & Refund
After we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
